How It Works
Madam Speakeasy patrons and resort guests are invited to come up to the poetic instillation and request their one-off custom poem. Fadi (The poet) has a brief conversation with the guest, asks a few questions, and people tell him "their story". The poet then begins to curate their poem right in front of them on his now iconic 1945 vintage typewriter.
Fadi gives an honest intuitive appraisal of your vibe, through verse. The guest can of course also choose to request a custom poem for someone they love or whomever, but most people want a poem for themselves. This human-connection interaction is always a big hit at resort lobby bars / main lobby spaces, and organically creates an unforgettable experience that allows the resort guest to be in the present moment.
All poems are crafted on Archival Luxe Vellum paper, and presented in a premium Luxe envelope. Custom poems are a thoughtful nostalgic keepsake that patrons and guests will get to take home with them from the resort, making their patronage to your hotel even more memorable.

Meet Your Poet
Fadi Y. Sitto is a best selling American poet and Arizona Poet Laureate Nominee (2019). Fadi is endorsed and partnered with the U.S. Commission On The Arts, and is one of only seven poets in history to have been commissioned by Space X Inspiration4 Space Mission to have a poem recited in space (2021).
Author of the book: Bending Serendipity, which has been translated to multiple languages.
The poet receives booking requests to perform my Live Experiential Typewriter Poetry at selected corporate events, weddings, and private social events. In addition, Fadi is commissioned to curate original bespoke free verse poems for individuals, corporations, and organizations throughout the world.
Resort Poetry Activation Proposal Request
1. Live Poetry Activation one day per week (or multiple days per week) on an ongoing consistent basis. Setting up in the Madam Speakeasy area, lounge lobby bar area, or other resort space that would be a good fit for this entertainment activation.
2. Time Duration: 6pm - 11pm. Performance times and duration may vary. I’m open to staying later, and also starting earlier.
3. $250 / Week Flat Rate Fee Per Activation Night - for a guaranteed 5 Hours.
4. I will work and compose custom bespoke poems on a donation / gratuity basis. There is no set poem fee to hotel patrons and guests. So it’s complimentary poems, but people can tip if they choose. I have my own POS system, using the Square Reader for credit and debit card donations. I also use Venmo, Apple Pay, and accept cash as well.
5. Set Up: I would just need two (2) hightop tables next to each other, and to be somewhat near an outlet to plug in my vintage table lamp for my lighting as I’m composing poems for guests. I also have signage.
* Stipulation: If I am previously booked for a wedding, corporate event, or private event, these events would have to take precedence because I'm getting my full booking fee (which ranges from $5500 - $7500 per wedding or event). I of course would let you know in advance of any wedding or event bookings. I appreciate your understanding in regards to this.
