I will implement the dedicated code and coding, create the style and design, fully curate the original content (text-verbiage), and fully integrate all photos and connect social media links for your Metsen Homes website. I will also connect and add your business to (Google Business) so that you can strategically and properly be found when people type in search words for Georgia based home builders.

Your Metsen Homes Site will also be optimized and responsive for mobile design, to ensure that your site looks great on all devices.

Striving to reflect and convey a premium experience for everyone that explores your website. You are a luxury home builder and design company, so I will showcase Metsen Homes as a premier high-end builder in your area.

I will integrate the stylistic fonts, colors, images etc. to craft the “luxury look and feel” you want for your website. (Think upscale Louis Vuitton, Tiffany’s, Rolex, Ferrari vibes). Using the fonts and design color palette loosely mirrored and reflected similar to the very user friendly clean lines, and minimalistic look to offer your clients and whoever visits your site to have a valued experience. The goal is to showcase Metsen Homes, so that you stand out from the other builders.

Based on our previous discussion, and future advisements going forward - we will collaborate on how you envision your site. I will be designing and developing your Metsen Homes website on a premium website platform that is typically utilized by luxury businesses, luxury boutique companies, artists, luxury photographers and similar high-end creatives.

Website Structure

This is just a general overall guideline and reference.

We will add / revise navigation sections accordingly, based on our conversations moving forward.

Homepage: This is the main page of your website, which will show your main message, client testimonials, photos, and appropriated links.

What We Do: This page will explain that you specialize in custom builds, purchasing lots, renovations and additions, and all that you do and offer.

Services + Available Homes: This page will showcase your current available properties, services, pricing (if you feel necessary) and FAQ Section.

Gallery + Design Portfolio Page: This page will have photos and videos of all your homes and properties.

About Page: This page tell your company story, who you are, your core values as a local company, your team, your trusted partners.

Contact Page: This page will show a short detailed contact form, company address, phone number and email address, etc.

Website Design Fees

Retainer Fee Deposit / $1000

Final Payment / $2400

Total Website Design and Development Fee / $3400

Approximate Completion and Turnaround Time / 6 - 8 Weeks

When determining the work and time for your fully designed and developed website, I was shooting for the Initial fee to be $3000, but after calculating my time for your website design and development, I need to quote you for an additional fee of $400 for adapting / formatting your site to be responsive for mobile (phone) and tablet devices.

It’s important (vital, in my opinion) to make sure that your website will work properly and look good on phone, and not only on a laptop or desktop. People are always on their phones. So this will take me some additional time and work.

At no additional fee to you, I’m ok with giving you upto 14 Days of general tutoring / instructions and walk through of the basics on how to add future photos, and any future content / text / web copywriting. we can do this over FaceTime if it’s easier for you.

If and when you decide to move forward, I’ll walk you through the super simple and quick process of signing up on the website platform I’ll be using to create your website. At that point we will be directing your GoDaddy domain to the platform.

We’ll both have access to the temporary password of the platform, and when the website design is completed, you’ll just go ahead and change the password to your own password, so it’s “officially” under your administration and full control solely.

The cost to operate your website on this platform is $192 per year, or $16 per month. It’s the package that doesn’t require accepting payments or processing payments because you’re not going to be selling products.

So it’s less expensive than the E-commerce package or other more expensive type of website operation platform. Also, my design and development fee is less because you’re not accepting payment on your site or selling products. Otherwise, my fee would start at $5000.

What I Need From You

As best as you can, please provide me with as much info and details as possible for the following :

  1. If you know, or have some idea of the (Services) that Metsen Hpmes will be offering.

  2. Your core beliefs as a company. Briefly tell me your vision and mission (in your own words).

  3. Brief Bios or “Your Story”. Basically, your husbands bio, your bio, and whomever is on the Metsen Team.

  4. Any photos (even though, I know you mentioned better photos will be coming in the near future). If you could provide “temporary stand-in photos” as a placement setting until your professional photographer takes the photos you want.

  5. If there is any specific information that you would like to retrieve or get from a perspective client on your (Contact Us Form), please let me know.

  6. Any testimonials or reviews you may already have.

  7. Send me your logo.

Meet Your Web Designer

Fadi Y. Sitto is a best selling American poet and Arizona Poet Laureate Nominee (2019).
