3. Offering B I T P attendees intentional, immersive entertainment, remind your guests of the epic experience they had at your festival.
How It Works
Boots In The Park attendees are invited to come up to the poetic instillation and request their one-off custom poem. Fadi (The poet) has a brief conversation with the guest, asks a few questions, and people tell him "their story". The poet then begins to curate their poem right in front of them on his now iconic 1945 vintage typewriter.
Fadi gives an honest intuitive appraisal of your vibe, through verse. The festival attendee can of course also choose to request a custom poem for someone they love or whomever, but most people want a poem for themselves. This human-connection interaction is always a big hit at music festivals and large scale festivals, and organically creates an unforgettable experience that allows your B I T P attendees to be in the present moment.
All poems are crafted on Archival Luxe Vellum paper, and presented in a premium Luxe envelope. Custom poems are a thoughtful nostalgic keepsake that patrons and guests will get to take home with them from the Boots In The Park Festival. In addition, each requested poem would have a special exclusive 'nod' to the event (like for the BBQ or Boots In The Park, etc.) within the composed poem itself to help commemorate the festival, and making the fan-attendee experience even more memorable.

Meet Your Poet
Fadi Y. Sitto is a best selling American poet and Arizona Poet Laureate Nominee (2019). Fadi is endorsed and partnered with the U.S. Commission On The Arts, and is one of only seven poets in history to have been commissioned by Space X Inspiration4 Space Mission to have a poem recited in space (2021).
Author of the book: Bending Serendipity, which has been translated to multiple languages.
The poet receives booking requests to perform my Live Experiential Typewriter Poetry at selected festivals, corporate events, weddings, and private social events. In addition, Fadi is commissioned to curate original bespoke free verse poems for individuals, corporations, and organizations throughout the world.
Proposal Request + Multi-Festival Package Booking
1. Live Experiential Poetry Activation > Boots In The Park Fan Experience for March 16th, 2024 + future festival dates and locations. Time Duration: 4 Hours (times to be determined), for example 3pm - 7pm. Performance times and duration may vary.
2. Unlimited complimentary custom poems. All custom poems are gifted to festival attendees as a complimentary artful-keepsake. Gratuities from festival attendees receiving their original custom poems are appreciated, not required. In addition, each requested poem will have a special exclusive 'nod' to the event (like for the BBQ or Boots In The Park, etc.) within the composed poem itself, to help commemorate the festival and making the fan-attendee experience even more memorable.
3. $2000 / Flat Rate Booking Fee Per Festival for a guaranteed 4 Hours. I’m based out of Scottsdale, Arizona, but I will waive my travel expenses fee, if booked for multiple festival dates. See Below for the festivals I’m currently available for. My typical travel expense fee is $1000, so you will receive a financial break of $1000 for each festival located outside of Arizona.
4. In addition to waiving the travel expense fee, you will be receiving a substantial financial break regarding the flat rate booking fee. My typical fee for large scale festivals are between $3500 - $4000 + (for one-off bookings). Your fee is $2000 (Multi-Festival Rate).
5. Set Up: I would just need a tent, two (2) hightop tables next to each other, and to be somewhat near an outlet to plug in my vintage table lamp for my lighting as I’m composing poems for guests. I do have my tables / black linen table covers and set up, incase tables aren’t able to be provided. It’s less for me to haul, and your tables obviously would match your decor and etc.
What I do is unique, and not offered at any other country music festival anywhere in the world. Would love to partner up and showcase my Live Experiential Poetry Entertainment Activation to the Boots In The Park fan experience attendees.
